The Gawler Mini is a study in considered craft. Each bag is handmade using smaller leather offcuts and scraps, pieces that would otherwise go to waste. Woven together into the signature basketweave panel that defines this style.
Every square patch is individually cut, hand-positioned, and secured with gunmetal dome studs at each corner, turning remnant material into something that lasts decades. The result is a bag that carries its own history before it ever carries yours.

Not all leather needs to begin as a full hide. Through our Recrafted approach, offcuts and unused sections from production are carefully selected and reworked into new designs. Each piece is assessed for strength, grain quality and character before being cut, aligned and reconstructed in a way that preserves durability while embracing natural variation. Unlike full-panel construction, where uniformity is often the goal, recrafted leather celebrates difference through thoughtful recomposition. Every section is placed with intention so the final product feels cohesive, balanced and refined, despite being made from multiple parts. This process reflects a more considered way of making; one that respects the material, reduces waste and values longevity over excess. Recrafted leather does not try to look perfect. Instead, it represents a different kind of luxury, rooted in responsibility, creativity and the belief that good materials should never be wasted.
